My introduction to Biodynamics happened by chance. I found myself suddenly responsible for the family farming business without having any of the necessary skills. So, I enrolled for a course in biodynamic Viticulture. After meeting some of the most famous figures in French Biodynamics, I returned home with a unique conviction: Selvadolce would become a biodynamic wine-producer.
