  • Additional information: Gino – Country Amber Rum The basis of this pure country rum comes from artisanal organic Peruvian sugar cane, the extract of which, is reduced in a cauldron to crystallise naturally and produce an unrefined sugar of exceptional flavour. It is distilled in France in a Stupfler still, which is renowned for its finesse and the unique aromatic notes that it brings to the resulting spirit. It then matures naturally in oak barrels where it becomes an amber rum. It contains none of the usual additives normally used by the liquor industry.
