About Vins du Jura Thill
The biggest part of vines is chardonnay, I elaborate with it: cremant (no sugar and sulphites), vin de liqueur, two chardonnay of different kind of soil, my "vin de paille".
Also, we cultivate poulsard, savagnin and pinot noir.
All wines are made to be fruity, refreshing.
In 2016, no sulphits on red wines, vin de liqueur and one chardonnay.
This year, I used a harvest machine on a little part (30hl on 160hl), in 2017 no machine.
