About The NO name
Our restaurant opened in march this year (2019) , we are located in the centre of Berlin (oranienburgerstraße) with passion for good food and serouis wines with attitude. Our sommelier create a winelist mostly packed with low intervention wines, who comes from organic working winerys all over europe.
In multi-course menus inspired by recipes and ingredients from all over the world, the guests are sent on a culinary journey whose destination is the highest pleasure. ts destination: pure pleasure. Its basic components: a fine selection of ingredients of the highest quality, not radically regional, but always radically excellent.
As important as the product quality is the direct contact to its sources – a contact that David Kikillus has established and cultivated during the course of his extensive travels. The scallops, for example, come from Scotland, the langoustines are freshly harvested from Iceland.
