SLOK a brand new urban winery located in the city of Ghent. It's a side project of Dok Brewing Company. They work with grapes from different producers located in diferent regions throughout Europe. These wines are made by brewers who fell in love with the low intervention approach and wanted to combine their knowledge of fermentation with the force of nature.
