Malinga

i took over our family winery around ten years ago, switched it to organic farming and after some harvest abroad (NZ, ZA, D) i was clear to make "natural wine" in my home place. the biggest influence in my learning years were definitely south africa. i worked there for young legends like craig hawkings (testalonga) and jurgen gouws (intellego) and they introduced me to this world and also to new way of life. in south africa i fell in love with this wine style. since then i´m trying my best each year to produce complexe but easy drinking wines. lot of failures included of course. but i´m definitely on the right path and i´m still at the beginning of my journey.
