Vallone di Cecione has around 8 hectars around the old house. There are 4 hectars wines and 700 olive threes. The estate is located on the "Golden Bowl" of Panzano in Chianti, in a very special
place with wonderful exposure (South-est). We take care of the fields using many natural products like propoli, nettle and planting differents herbs to balance the soil.
The process inside cellar is also completely natural (normal) without adding east at the start , just a very small amount of sulphites.
Our past and our tradition is our present and our future, we like to make very traditional wines and products that represent our family history in the best way.
We make Chianti Classico, Igt Canaiolo and Igt Rosato. Every year wine completely different and special that describe the season and the weather we have.
Organic and byodinamic is the way we know about agricolture and our area is one of the best to make this kind of job.
