While many companies are modernizing their production, there is a solid minority of individuals in Georgia who are committed to Qvevri winemaking. It is the oldest method of production in the world, and Georgians continue to ferment their wines in clay jars buried underground despite having much easier alternatives available. Precisely this commitment to tradition and preserving an ancient method is what inspires us everyday. We want to share these amazing, unmanipulated wines with as many people as possible and ensure that this tradition continues to live on. Our commitment is to supporting individuals who grow grapes and produce wines that are true to the region. We are proud to import and distribute small producers from Georgia whose focus is sustainable agriculture. We see bottled wine as a vehicle to tell their stories across the world to people who cherish culture and tradition.
