Hi I'm the operations manager of Arrowine and Cheese in Arlington VA. https://www.arrowine.com/ We've been around since the 70s and my family has owned the store since the late 90s. I've been pushing for our store to carry more "natural wines", but it hasn't been easy. The term "natural wine" is one that is troubling for Doug, my father and the president of Arrowine, and his business partner Shem. A lot of the wine they found in France and chose to carry and support in the US was "natural". The term natural to them meant that the growers in France who have been farming by hand organically for years were somehow less "natural". In order to offer our customers "natural wine" we felt it was a good idea to use a different term. That is how I found you. The term "raw wine" encapsulates the essence of these wines much more than "natural wine". I also had a question on the use of the term "Raw Wine". If we were to create a collection on our online store call Raw Wine, would it need to be only the wines listed on your site? I didn't want to misuse the term since I see it is trademarked. Looking forward to hearing from you and learning more about what you do. Best, Aaron
