  • Additional information: Semi-dry honey wine. Cold maceration for 2 months. Natural fermentation from a pollen leaven. 25% fermented in oak 500L caks for 3 months. Breeding in stainless tanks for 18 months. Fine, fresh, floral and dry. For an aperitif, with seafood, as a white wine.
