The Flavors of Fermentables: A deep dive into NATURAL WINE and cheese!

Cheese and wine are both products of fermentation by means of preservation. How did we go from natural wines with spontaneous fermentation and native yeasts to something like Stella Rosa? Additionally, how did we go from seasonal, farmstead cheese made with grass-fed milk to something like Kraft Singles? This class comes at a perfect time as RAW WINE Los Angles is upon us. We’ve invited Stetson Robbins and Orshi Kiss of Black Lamb Wines to present FIVE natural wines from around eastern Europe as we pair those wines with FIVE cheeses that love them.
