#RawWineWeek Pop-up Dinner at Good Brothers

To celebrate #RawWineWeek we are running a wine bar pop-up dining series with guest chef Hamish McNeill, who following long term stints at the award winning Timberyard restaurant in Edinburgh and the Michelin starred Dabbous in London, creates menus to showcase the natural Scottish larder making use of Edinburgh’s talented artisan suppliers in order to deliver simple focused plates of food.

Hamish will take over our kitchen for a week (5th-10th March) where he will be offering one daily changing menu of five courses, paired with featured wines selected from growers who will be showing at the fair.

2 sittings per night: 6.00pm & 9.00pm (12 spaces per sitting, reservations only)
