JOIN US MONDAY 11TH OF MARCH FOR AN EVENING TASTING OF ITALIAN NATURAL WINE.
We will host three great winemakers:
Rocco di Carpeneto is a boutique organic winery located in Carpeneto (Al), amidst the Alto Monferrato hills. Wine production is focused on Piedmont-native grapes (dolcetto, barbera, cortese, nebbiolo, albarossa). They are a member of FIVI (Italian Association of Independent Winemakers), VinNatur, Sorgente del Vino and Consorzio di Tutela Ovada docg.
Sieman means ‘six hands’ in the local dialect and has been founded by three brothers: Marco, Daniele and Andrea in the Colli Berici area near Vicenza. The wine production is focused on Veneto-native grapes (Tai Bianco, Garganega etc.). The harvesting by hand ensures an accurate selection of the grapes, the fermentation occurs spontaneously with natural yeast.
Ausonia farm is located in Atri (Abruzzo). Ausonia wines are produced entirely from grapes grown in their vineyard respecting the nature, following the principles of biodynamic agriculture. The company philosophy is to produce only indigenous wine variety, fermented with indigenous yeasts, unfiltered and with low content of sulfur.
