One of the pioneers of low-intervention winemaking, Frank Cornellissen’s estate on Mt. Etna has achieved cult status in the wine world. This iconic producer is responsible for the rosé that New York rapper-turned-chef Action Bronson claimed to be the wine he had been waiting for his whole life, and that subsequently broke Winesearcher with the number of hits! Committed to the production of authentic wine that expresses the terroir of his volcanic soils, Frank is tireless in pursuit of quality, and his wines are sought after in natural wine bars and 3* Michelin restaurants alike. Tonight we will be tasting the newest releases from the estate, and possibly a bottle or two of older vintages as well. Giacomo Bardazzi, a former sommelier and Frank’s right hand man, will be with us to explain the philosophy and techniques behind these incredible wines. Spaces, and wines, are strictly limited as Frank’s wines sell out immediately on allocation, so get your ticket while you can.
