Honey’s is the tasting room and cocktail bar for Enlightenment Wines, Brooklyn’s first meadery. MOLD Magazine is the first print magazine about the future of food. Their debut issue explores fermentation and features RAW WINE founder Isabelle Legeron on the beauty and bacteria of natural wines.
