Continuing the family tradition, Carles and Montse of Clot de les Soleres produced their first wine in 2008, with the idea of producing only single varietals to best express the terroirs of Piera, Barcelona, and crucially the grape varieties.
Situated less than an hour’s drive from Barcelona, Soleres benefits from a Mediterranean climate, with high levels of sunshine and a sea breeze that regulates temperatures, ensuring the grapes don’t bake. The result is wines that are honest and pure without added sulfites or other artificial products.
For this one night only Carles and Montse will be on hand with a special selection of wines to drink by the glass and we’re putting together some Catalan inspired dishes to be paired with these amazing wines.
