Get ready for an unforgettable evening of soul-warming Korean food and enlightening natural wines from RAW WINE fair growers, paired from the heart. This five-course dinner, held in a cozy Brooklyn apartment, is a collaboration between chef and author of new cookbook, Everyday Korean, Seung Hee Lee and Rachel Signer, co-founder and editor of new print magazine Terre Magazine.

After hosting a dinner together in Paris over the summer, Seung and Rachel wanted to repeat the magic in a New York City setting. Seung is trained in classical Korean cooking and Rachel has written about natural winemakers around the world; both are fanatic gourmands and obsessed with natural wine and Champagne. Good vibes guaranteed. Come with a friend, or alone to make friends. There might also be some surprise visits from RAW WINEmakers!
